Job summary

JUXT in London is looking for talented Front End Engineers to help modernise electronic trading applications by migrating legacy Angular and desktop technologies to high-performance React interfaces.

You will build real-time market data visualisations, collaborate with backend Java engineers, and contribute to reusable UI components, testing, and CI/CD pipelines in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Qualifications

• Strong React and TypeScript experience in building front-end applications.
• Experience delivering real-time market data visualisations and dashboards.
• Familiar with Agile development practices and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Experience migrating Angular/AngularJS to React in production environments.
• Proficiency with automated UI testing frameworks (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain high-performance React and TypeScript applications.
• Build responsive UIs supporting pricing, execution and post-trade workflows.
• Consume real-time market data via WebSockets/RSocket and messaging systems.
• Develop reusable UI components and shared frameworks.
• Migrate legacy Angular applications to modern React architecture.
• Collaborate with backend Java engineers for end-to-end delivery.
• Implement automated UI tests and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
