Job summary

GenieoWeb is seeking a Web Developer to build next-generation UI for a fintech FX trading platform. You will work on high-performance, low-latency front-end systems using React, Redux and TypeScript in a fast-paced agile team.

Initially 100% remote with potential future office presence in London. Strong emphasis on UX, real-time messaging, and high-quality software lifecycle collaboration.

Qualifications

• Advanced web app experience with modern front-end tech, ideally React/Redux and TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of real-time web messaging, protocol design and APIs.
• Exposure to RxJS, Webpack, Storybook and Websockets is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Java would be beneficial but not required.
• Passion for UX and interaction design with good communication.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent education.
• Some knowledge/experience in the financial industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-performance front-end UI in React.
• Collaborate on UI architecture and real-time data flows.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and code reviews.
• Contribute to UX improvements and design consistency.
