Job summary

Ayvens is seeking a Real Time Coordinator to monitor customer levels and optimise the customer journey through accurate real-time staffing and intraday management. You will support and refine resource planning models and track adherence to plans to ensure precise planning metrics.

The role operates from our Lyde Green, Bristol office, with emphasis on scheduling, shrinkage control, and timely decision making to sustain operational performance.

Qualifications

• Proficient in resource planning and scheduling principles.
• Comfort with presenting insights and plans to teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of balanced operational performance.
• Optimise performance through shrinkage management and skill alignment.
• Lead operational decision making with performance insight.
• Manage schedules and daily results to targets.
• Ensure resourcing updates are included in daily planning.
• Identify risks to the operational plan and propose mitigations.
• Produce short, medium and long term plans for Operations.
• Own intra-day scheduling and shrinkage management via WFM tools.
• Support scheduling resource optimisation to meet demand.
