• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of balanced operational performance across customer service.
• Manage schedules and daily results to meet targets.
• Lead intra-day scheduling and shrinkage management using available tools.
• Identify risks to the operational plan and escalate with mitigations.
• Produce short/medium/long term plans for Operations focusing on supply and demand.
