Chubb is seeking a motivated individual to join their expanding Real Estate team in Birmingham. Role Purpose:
The primary purpose of this role is to underwrite Property and Liability risks for Real Estate clients, ranging from lower mid-market / single property risks to large scheduled & Major Accounts / multinational clients. Initially, the focus will be on new business, with some renewal business management over time.
The geographical scope includes UK Regions (supporting offices in Glasgow, Newcastle, Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham, Maidstone) and some London broker business. The successful candidate will collaborate with our UKI distribution team and local property managers, developing key broker and client relationships.
The role involves working closely with claims, risk engineering, and global services teams to provide excellent service and collaborating with other underwriting teams for cross-line solutions.
