Job summary

ITAC Solutions is seeking a real estate professional to take ownership of transactions and support commercial acquisitions, leasing, closings, and related matters from start to finish. This close-knit team offers a stable environment with a Monday–Friday schedule and an onsite focus with occasional remote flexibility.

You will review title and survey documentation, track deadlines, and help prepare deeds, closing documents, and leasing paperwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate, title, commercial closings, or related transactional work.
• Ability to review title and survey documentation.
• Strong written communication and document-preparation skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze title and survey documentation.
• Support commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and closings.
• Prepare deeds, closing documents, basic leases, and related correspondence.
• Track contract dates, deadlines, and outstanding transaction items.
• Maintain organized transaction and corporate files.
• Abstract leases and amendments and assist with ongoing lease administration.
• Draft routine tenant and legal correspondence, including default and commencement letters.
