Job summary

Realterm Global Llc seeks an Associate, Investments to drive deal sourcing, underwriting and closing for Realterm Logistics in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate with Fund Leadership, brokers and internal teams to identify opportunities, perform due diligence, and structure transactions across a national/international network.

You will lead negotiations, prepare client presentations, and manage the deal pipeline while collaborating with Asset/Property Management to hand over acquired

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and 3+ years in real estate with underwriting/transactions preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Argus Software.
• Experience with SharePoint and CRM/document management tools.
• Strong remote-work and proactive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development initiatives with Fund Managers and Biz Dev.
• Source investment opportunities through Realterm relationships.
• Coordinate with Realterm team to progress from identification to delivery.
• Lead underwriting and due diligence with internal/third-party resources.
• Provide due diligence information and financial analysis with the team.
• Negotiate terms for new acquisitions and assist in client presentations.
• Collaborate with lenders to assess project financing availability.
• Manage and report deal pipeline and ensure investment targets are met.
• Utilize SalesForce for team communication and documentation.
• Ensure project financial models are accurate and complete.
• Secure internal approvals and maintain project documentation.
• Track investment status and maintain relationships with tenants/investors.
