Job summary

QC Legal's Manchester Real Estate team is seeking a qualified lawyer with 1-3 years’ PQE to advise national and international investors on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, and major development matters.

You will join a Tier 1 ranked practice and benefit from flexible hybrid working, up to 25 days' holiday (28 with service), private medical insurance and an active business development culture.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with 1-3 years’ PQE in commercial real estate.

Responsibilities

• Advise national and international investors and developers on commercial real estate transactions.
• Work on acquisitions and disposals, including portfolio transactions.
• Develop client relationships and participate in business development.
• Collaborate with senior Real Estate lawyers on multi-million-pound deals.
