Our high-performing Transactional Real Estate team is seeking a supervising lawyer to join our expanding Leeds real estate practice, driven by new client mandates.
The supervising lawyer role is non-client facing and does not involve managing your own files. Instead, you will supervise junior lawyers (especially those in the 0-3 PQE band), ensuring quality supervision, providing guidance, and supporting their development. This role allows you to dedicate time to mentorship, explain legal points, and rehearse arguments, which can be rushed in typical roles.
This position is ideal for someone with a strong track record in commercial property, interested in a slightly different, possibly part-time, role, and passionate about developing others.
You will join a small team of two supervising lawyers, fostering collaboration and shared responsibilities.
