BCL Legal is representing a well-regarded Manchester real estate team in an opportunity for an NQ-2 PQE Real Estate Associate to join their growing practice.

You will work closely with Partners on development, investment, landlord and tenant, and asset management matters for a diversified client base, including developers, investors, and public sector entities. This is a collaborative and ambitious environment designed to support career progression.

• NQ-2 PQE Real Estate Solicitor with experience gained from a reputable law firm.

We are working on an exciting opportunity for an NQ-2 PQE Real Estate Associate to join a highly regarded and growing Real Estate team based in Manchester.

About the Role

The team sits within a well-established national practice and offers exposure to a broad range of high-quality Real Estate work. The successful candidate will join a collaborative and ambitious team known for its strong market reputation, excellent client base and supportive culture.

Working closely with experienced Partners, you will gain exposure to a varied caseload including development and regeneration projects, landlord and tenant matters, asset management, acquisitions and disposals, investment transactions, corporate real estate and due diligence work.

The team acts for an impressive client base across a range of sectors, including major developers, investors, public sector organisations, healthcare and education clients.
