This successful Real Estate team, which is one of the largest in the world, is currently recruiting a Solicitor to join its busy practice in Glasgow. You will advise on a range of real estate matters, including domestic UK transactions and activities of the firm’s global clients. Responsibilities include investment, retail occupier, real estate finance, and development transactions.

The team is interested in candidates with 1-4 PQE and relevant real estate experience. More senior candidates should have experience in:

• Investment-based disposals and acquisitions
• Development and infrastructure projects
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial real estate documents such as sale/purchase contracts, easements, licenses, and agreements for lease
