Frasia Wright Associates, a leading UK law firm, is seeking a Real Estate Solicitor to join its Glasgow property team. You will handle acquisitions, disposals and development projects, with a strong cross-border element under English law, collaborating with partners on high value matters.

Applicants with 1–5 years’ PQE and a grounding in real estate are invited; dual Scots and England & Wales qualifications are beneficial but not essential.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years’ PQE in real estate or related practice.
• Dual qualification in Scots and England & Wales is advantageous though not essential.
• Strong grounding in commercial real estate and development projects.

This leading UK law firm is seeking a Real Estate Solicitor to join a high‑performing property team based in Glasgow. This is an excellent opportunity to work on large‑scale, high‑value transactions with a strong cross‑border element, particularly under English law.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising on real estate transactions including acquisitions, disposals and development projects
• Supporting complex English law deals across sectors such as residential, student accommodation and care developments
• Working closely with partners and senior colleagues on significant, high‑value transactions
• Managing elements of your own caseload while contributing to wider team matters
• Building strong client relationships and supporting ongoing transactional work

Applicants should have 1–5 years’ PQE, ideally with dual qualification (Scots and England & Wales), although this is not essential for strong candidates with relevant experience. You should have a solid grounding in real estate work, with an interest in cross‑border transactions and development projects.
