Job summary

Weightmans in London seeks a Real Estate solicitor to join a national team delivering high-quality commercial property advice to a diverse client base.

You will manage an own caseload, draft real estate documents and liaise with internal and external parties, while supporting juniors and ensuring deadlines and KPIs are met.

The role suits someone with 0-2 years PQE and an interest in development/regeneration, plus strong teamwork and IT skills.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years PQE experience is essential/preferred.
• Experience of development and regeneration work is an advantage.
• Excellent team work skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload of Real Estate cases.
• Provide support to other members of the team.
• Draft and prepare various real estate documents.
• Liaise with internal and external parties.
• Supervise and develop more junior members of staff as needed.
• Ensure that work produced is to the highest standard.
• Manage own time effectively.
• Complete MI procedures as required.
• Achieve set financial and chargeable targets.
• Ensure deadlines, quality measures and KPIs are adhered to.
• Comply with relevant policies and procedures.
