The successful candidate will handle acquisitions, disposals, development projects and cross-border mandates, working with notable partners in a collaborative, high-performing environment.

Qualificações

• England & Wales qualified solicitor with 2-6 years' PQE.
• Strong commercial real estate experience from a leading City or international firm.
• Experience advising on investments, development and asset management.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and transaction management skills.
• Confident client handler with ability to take on increasing responsibility.

An outstanding opportunity for a Real Estate Associate (2-6 PQE) to join a highly regarded Real Estate team in London.

The team advises many of the world's leading private equity funds, sovereign wealth funds, institutional investors, developers, lenders and multinational occupiers on sophisticated real estate transactions across the UK and internationally.

The successful candidate will play a key role in advising clients on complex acquisitions and disposals, development projects, investment transactions, corporate real estate matters and cross-border real estate mandates, whilst working closely with highly regarded partners in a collaborative and high-performing environment.

This position offers exposure to some of the most significant and innovative real estate transactions in the market and represents an excellent platform for continued career progression.

The Role:

• Advising on high-value real estate acquisitions, disposals and portfolio transactions


• Acting for major institutional investors, private equity sponsors, developers and multinational organisations


• Supporting large-scale development and regeneration projects across a variety of sectors


• Drafting and negotiating transaction documents, development agreements and ancillary real estate documentation


• Advising on investment structures and strategic real estate matters


• Working closely with colleagues across finance, corporate, tax and construction teams on integrated transactions


• Managing transactions day-to-day whilst maintaining strong client relationships and providing commercially focused advice

The Candidate:

• England & Wales qualified Solicitor with approximately 2-6 years' PQE


• Strong Commercial Real Estate experience gained within a leading City, international or national law firm


• Experience advising on complex investment, development and asset management transactions


• Excellent drafting, negotiation and transaction management skills


• Strong technical ability combined with commercial judgement and attention to detail


• Confidence working directly with clients and managing matters with increasing levels of responsibility


• A proactive and collaborative approach with a genuine desire to work on market-leading transactions
