Job summary

Weightmans in London seeks a Real Estate solicitor to join a national team delivering high-quality commercial property advice to a diverse client base.

You will manage an own caseload, draft real estate documents and liaise with internal and external parties, while supporting juniors and ensuring deadlines and KPIs are met.

The role suits someone with 0-2 years PQE and an interest in development/regeneration, plus strong teamwork and IT skills.

• 0-2 years PQE experience is essential/preferred.
• Experience of development and regeneration work is an advantage.

About your new role

Our national Real Estate team provides a complete range of legal and advisory services on all aspects of commercial property to an excellent and diverse client base. This role is an opportunity to join an innovative and high performing, busy team in a client facing role. Our focus is on delivering a first-class client service. We advise on a broad range of commercial property work including landlord & tenant; sales & purchases; property management; real estate finance/security; corporate real estate support and cross border real estate support. Our clients range from major retailers, leisure operators, regional developers, funders, renewable energy providers and healthcare providers. We have been involved in a range of projects from multi-million-pound development finance deals to smaller bespoke ventures.

• Manage own caseload of Real Estate cases

About You

Ideally you will have previous experience and a genuine and demonstrable interest in the above area of work. As the role is varied, we are looking for you to have a flexible approach to the work you do and be able to adapt to different tasks. We also require you to have/be;
