Our client, a forward-thinking law firm, is expanding their Commercial Property team and is seeking to make an important hire at the junior-to-mid-level position.

In this role, you will manage a mixed caseload of commercial property and development matters, including acquisitions, refinances, and drafting/negotiating leases and development agreements. You will provide high-quality legal advice on planning, construction, and financing, and draft various legal documents. Building and maintaining relationships with clients and staying updated with changes in commercial property law are key aspects of this role. You will also assist senior team members on complex matters.
