• Qualified Solicitor with 7+ years' PQE in Commercial Property.

Responsibilities

• Managing a varied commercial property caseload independently with minimal supervision.
• Handling acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, leases, refinancing and development work.
• Supporting complex transactions alongside the Head of Department.
• Building and maintaining strong client and referrer relationships.
• Playing an active role in networking and business development across Leeds and Yorkshire.

This is far more than a standard Commercial Property role. The firm is looking for a confident senior solicitor with strong technical expertise, commercial awareness, and leadership potential, with a clear pathway towards a future Head of Department position.

Working alongside an experienced Head of Department, you will handle a broad range of high-quality commercial property matters while helping shape the future direction of the team. The Role

• Managing a varied commercial property caseload independently with minimal supervision
