For this Real Estate Solicitor role, you will ideally have:

• A genuine passion and drive, together with commerciality, to develop your specialism within the commercial property sphere
• Up to four years of experience within a recognised commercial property team

The work will encompass property portfolio management, commercial landlord and tenant, residential and commercial development, development finance, rural and agricultural property, and secured lending. You'll then have the opportunity to specialise in your chosen field once you’ve established the area of commercial property that brings you the most enjoyment and satisfaction.
