IDEX Consulting Ltd is partnering with a growing national law firm to recruit a Real Estate Solicitor in Scotland. The role focuses on commercial real estate work for a diverse client base, with high-value transactions and strong career development opportunities.

You will handle acquisitions, disposals, leasing, asset management and property finance, while building client relationships and benefiting from the support of a wider national Real Estate team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' PQE in Real Estate

The Real Estate team is continuing to grow and is looking to appoint a Solicitor with 4+ years' PQE to join the Scottish practice.

The Role:

You’ll work on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, acting for a varied client base across a number of sectors. The work is interesting, varied and often high value, giving you the opportunity to develop your technical expertise while working alongside experienced lawyers.

Your caseload is likely to include:

• Acquisitions and disposals
• Commercial leasing and portfolio management
• Investment and asset management
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Property finance
• Real estate aspects of corporate transactions

You’ll have the opportunity to take real ownership of your matters and build strong relationships with clients, while benefiting from the support and expertise of a wider national Real Estate team.
