Job Description

The Real Estate Senior Associate will be:

• Leading and managing complex real estate transactions, including development, investment, and acquisitions and disposals
• Providing strategic legal advice to a diverse client base, including major developers, investors, occupiers and public sector entities across the UK
• Mentoring and supervising junior lawyers
• Contributing to business development initiatives and client relationship management.
• Support on pitching for new work.
• Ensuring the delivery of high-quality legal services in line with client expectations and firm standards.

The Successful Applicant

The Real Estate Senior Associate should be / have;

• A solicitor with 4 years plus PQE in commercial real estate
• Experienced in handling complex real estate transactions, including development, investment, and acquisitions and disposals
• An interest to work for a large law firm
• Some experience mentoring and supervising junior lawyers.
• Skilled in business development and client relationship management.
• Able to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
• Strong academics and ties to Leeds
