Hines is launching an Early Experienced Rotation Program in London designed to expose participants to multiple disciplines within the firm. The two-year program provides one year in each area of development and investment management, with rotations worldwide based on business needs.

You will gain hands-on experience, interface with senior leaders, and receive ongoing mentorship to accelerate your career within Hines’ diverse real estate platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Master’s degree strongly preferred.
• Academic background in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, or related discipline preferred.
• Internship or professional experience in investment management, real estate, investment banking, private equity, or related fields preferred.
• Demonstrable interest in commercial real estate.
• Financial modeling proficiency in Excel; Argus familiarity a plus.
• PC proficiency and ability to work with standard office software; ability to lift up to 25 lbs; overtime as needed.

Responsabilités

• Rotations across Investment Management and Development areas within the program.
• Interface with senior leaders; mentorship from industry experts; work with seasoned professionals.
• Engage in fund management, portfolio modeling, debt financing, investor relations, capital markets and digital strategy.
• Underwrite potential fund investments and create financial models as part of underwriting; prepare investment materials.
• Interact with real estate professionals including investors, developers, landlords and brokers.
• Manage existing projects; conduct financial and feasibility analyses; assist with entitlements, market research and construction oversight.
• Participate in design meetings and coordinate with sellers and capital partners; address investor requirements.
