The Role

We are seeking a Real Estate Solicitor with 2 years'+ PQE to join our Partner's fast-growing team.

This opportunity is available in any of our national offices or on a remote basis, offering flexibility to suit your working preferences.

We are seeking a lawyer with a solid Commercial Property background to manage a varied caseload including purchases, sales, and grants of leases, with a view to developing into real estate finance law.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop into a strong technical lawyer, working alongside a reputable Partner and their team.

The ideal candidate will be proactive in driving transactions forward and will be able to work with minimal supervision.

Essential Experience

• You will be a qualified solicitor 2+ years PQE.
• You will have experience in residential and commercial real estate matters.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for client interaction.
• An interest in business development and forming new relationships.
• The ability to meet the challenges posed by demanding clients and tight deadlines without compromising work quality or service.
• Willingness to collaborate closely with team members.
• A strong work ethic

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied caseload of real estate, including purchases, sales, and grants of leases, and much more.
• Ensure proactive and efficient management of each case from inception to completion.
• Maintain and develop relationships with new and existing clients, as well as associated professionals, building trust, confidence and reliability.
• Act as a brand ambassador, enhancing the market reputation of the business.
• Exhibit strong communication skills, proactive problem-solving, and creative thinking.
