Job Summary
Barton & Gray Mariners Club is revolutionizing the yachting industry with best-in-class hospitality. As an exclusive yachting club, we provide private and memorable outings across 35+ stunning harbors. With our expanding footprint, we are seeking a Real Estate Project Manager to lead real estate projects, ensuring all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality of standards. This job involves tasks such as negotiating contracts, raising capital, securing investors, and cost analysis; serving as a crucial point of contact between executive leadership and external stakeholders. This position will assist in leading our growth with waterfront real estate and internal projects. This role will sit in our Boston, MA or Portsmouth, NH offices, offering a hybrid work environment.

Barton & Gray is revolutionizing the yachting industry with best-in-class hospitality. Our Club runs 95+ yachts across 35 harbors, hosting tens of thousands of passengers each year. Barton & Gray Mariners Club combines the luxury of yachting, the adventure of exploration, and the joys of entertaining into one of the most sought after amenities in the world.
Responsibilities
Project management and serve as a liaison between developers, landlords, contractors, and other external consultants, as well as internal teams such as executive leadership
Serve as a point of contact for communications from investors regarding project timelines and budget
Work closely with Executive leadership to analyze and forecast real estate and staffing budgets
Managing and preparation of quarterly communications to investors, providing updates on current projects and upcoming developments
Leverage project management tools to ensure consistent processes across all projects
Oversee partner contracts and capital budgets
Work closely with investors to raise capital
Other duties as assigned
Required Skills & Abilities:
This will be a hybrid position located out of our Boston, MA or Portsmouth, NH office, candidates must live within a commutable distance to either location to be considered
5-10 years of Financial Management Experience
Strong experience with Project Management
Strong experience in raising capital
Ability to manipulate and interpret data
Proven experience managing multiple tasks or projects simultaneously
Highly organized, exceptional attention to detail, and solutions-oriented
Ability to travel to our existing markets
