Real Estate Partner - Manchester

We are instructed to assist with the appointment of a Real Estate Partner in Manchester, for a national law firm with a top-ranked, full-service Real Estate practice.

The team specialises in all types of real estate work, acting for an impressive client base spanning property investors, developers, housing associations, local authorities and landowners. Residential development is a particular strength - the team regularly acts for major housebuilders on large-scale schemes. There is also a dedicated retail occupier focus, advising major retail brands on their property portfolios, alongside investment and landlord & tenant work.

• You have the credibility and expertise to lead and grow a Manchester-based Real Estate team, as part of a wider team with national reach
• You bring client contacts and relationships and a track record of performance at Partner level
• You have technical excellence and the gravitas to support and develop a team around you
