Yorkshire Pie Company is seeking a Real Estate Partner in Leeds to lead the growth of the national Real Estate practice. You will handle development, investment and corporate occupier matters, while driving business development and strengthening client relationships.

You will recruit and mentor a high-performing team, work closely with Leeds Partners, and collaborate across the national practice to maximize cross-selling opportunities and commercial outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Established Partner or Legal Director with substantial experience in commercial real estate law.
• Experienced in handling commercial property matters including development, investment and corporate occupier matters.
• Strong, portable client following with proven track record of generating own work.
• Commercially minded with ability to identify and convert business development opportunities.
• Experienced leader capable of building and developing a high-performing team.
• Strong relationship builder able to work with Partners across a national practice.
• Well connected within the commercial property market, ideally Leeds and wider Yorkshire.
• Strategic in approach to growth of the wider business.

• Work on a broad range of commercial property matters including development, investment and corporate occupier work.
• Drive business development initiatives to generate new instructions and expand the client base.
• Build on existing client relationships and develop new strategic partnerships.
• Take a leading role in growing and developing the Leeds Real Estate practice.
• Recruit, mentor and develop a high performing team as the practice expands.
• Collaborate with Partners across Leeds to support the office's strategic objectives.
• Identify cross-selling and referral opportunities with colleagues across the national Real Estate practice.
• Advise clients on complex commercial property transactions with a focus on commercial outcomes.
• Contribute to the firm's growth strategy through market engagement and relationship management.
