About the Opportunity:

We are offering afantastic opportunityfor an ambitiousReal Estate Paralegalto join the legal team on one of London’s most elite, high-value redevelopment projects. This role places you at the heart of a major transformation in the capital, involving iconic commercial and residential assets. You’ll primarily focus oncommercial real estate, with additional exposure toconstruction documentationandasset management support—ideal for a paralegal looking to broaden their scope while deepening real estate expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with all aspects of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, lettings, licences, and development site preparation.
• Draft, review, and maintain legal documents such as leases, lease reports, title summaries, deeds of variation, wayleaves, and easements.
• Support due diligence and title investigations for site assembly, land registry compliance, and planning conditions.
• Liaise with internal legal counsel, external lawyers, and consultants to progress deals through to completion.
• Manage contract and document filing systems, data rooms, and ongoing legal compliance checks.
• Track key property deadlines including lease renewals, rent review dates, and legal notices.
• Prepare reports and summaries for stakeholders across legal and commercial teams.

Construction (10%)

• Support the review and tracking of construction-related documents including JCT contracts, collateral warranties, and consultant appointments.
• Assist in coordinating with the construction project team and external contractors to ensure timely execution of legal documents related to the build phase.

Asset Management (10%)

• Assist in reviewing lease obligations, tenant covenants, and service charge documents in relation to asset performance and compliance.
• Support internal asset managers in managing property portfolios, including tenant liaison and monitoring lease events.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum1 year of paralegal experienceincommercial real estate lawin either private practice or in-house.
• Exposure toconstruction contractsand/orasset management processesis advantageous.
• Solid understanding of the UK property transaction lifecycle.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with the ability to engage internal and external stakeholders effectively.
• Legal education (law degree, LPC or SQE) preferred but not essential.
