Our client is seeking a lawyer or contracts specialist responsible for managing customer, vendor, and business partner contracts. The position reports to a Senior stakeholder and the General Counsel.

What we are looking for:

• Proven significant experience in drafting, negotiating, and implementing commercial contracts.

• Extensive experience advising and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts.
• Experience with international contracts and contracts governed by foreign laws.
• Strong negotiation skills, particularly for high-value contracts.
