Connect Legal Partners is seeking a conveyancing professional to support a large real estate team in Leeds. You will manage daily files, summarise documents, review searches and report on title matters, land transfers and post-completion work.

The role involves handling Land Registry applications, requisitions and preparing deeds of covenant, certificates and transfers, leveraging strong drafting, research and organisational skills.

Formación

• At least a 2:2 law degree or conversion and 3+ years conveyancing experience.
• Strong research and drafting abilities.
• Excellent organisation and MS Office skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support a large real estate team with day-to-day file management.
• Summarise transaction documents and review searches; report on title, land transfers and post-completion work.
