By joining this team, you will be given endless opportunities to enrich your skillset and be pushed to do that by leading L500-ranked legal professionals.

Firm
This national firm has excelled in recent years and has a renowned reputation amongst clients and employees alike. It places its staff at the centre of its success and allows individuals to choose the ways of working that best suit them.

Positive reports about the supportive and nourishing working environment are reflected in the company's revenue, which has shown exponential growth and resulted in expansion across the UK. In part, this is due to the firm's belief that staff are the key to their success, which results in heavy investment in staff development and a flexible approach to work-life balance.

Taking on an innovative and forward-thinking mindset, this firm seeks to encourage ambition and creativity and takes real steps to go the extra mile for the clients, without compromising the happiness of their employees.

Clients include some of the most prestigious companies and private individuals. As such, you should expect exposure to high-quality, large-scale work that will showcase your ability and skills as a legal professional.

Role

Your main duties when joining the team will include:

  • Being the main point of contact for several lenders and ensuring you can deliver relevant knowledge on all aspects of real estate finance transactions.
  • Working closely on dealing with all sorts of negotiation, due diligence, drafting and seeing matters through to completion.
  • Handling post-completion procedures, such as registering with the Land Register of Scotland and Companies House.
  • Ensure all clients receive a high-quality service and relevant market advice.

This leading L500 team would ideally be looking for someone with Paralegal or Legal Assistant experience, but this is not essential. If you are someone who has a problem-solving and progressive attitude this firm will support you on your professional journey.

Working with some of the most recognised businesses in the UK, you will be exposed to top-tier clients and complex Real Estate and Financial matters. Your skillset will accelerate forward and make you a leading legal professional.
