Commercial Property Paralegal – Leading Law Firm – London.

Taylor Root have recently been instructed on a new Commercial Property Paralegal, with our client a leading law firm operating domestically and internationally. This role will be based in London and will be a permanent position.

Our client is an award-winning law firm with roots in the City of London. The firm focuses on providing legal support across multiple areas of law, both in the UK and internationally, and have garnered a fantastic reputation for outstanding work in various practice areas, including commercial property.

The real estate practice within the firm has a focus on development and investment, private equity real estate, hospitality & leisure, energy & transport, and corporate real estate. Clients range from private individuals to commercial developers/property to companies and large corporations.

The successful paralegal will be required to carry out a broad range of tasks, including:

• Landlord and Tenant matters.
• Sales and Acquisitions.
• Financing transactions.
• Land Registry tasks.
• Leasing and Investment.

Ideally the successful candidate will have at least 6 – months experience in a similar commercial property paralegal role, coming from another top law firm or US firm. Those coming from a mixed residential or commercial property paralegal will still be considered and if you have a background in house you are recommended to apply also.
