With over 50 years of history, this law firm has an excellent reputation in the real estate market, working across both commercial and residential property matters. This means you will have the opportunity to work on a broad spectrum of transactions and not become too specialized early in your career.

One of the Partners in the firm started as a Trainee, and there are numerous examples of Paralegals progressing through to a training contract.

As a Real Estate Paralegal, you will gain exposure to the full lifecycle of a property transaction, including onboarding clients, writing client care letters, completing searches, raising enquiries, and dealing with post-completion matters.

Some work can be demanding and may extend beyond regular hours, especially for multi-million-pound property deals. However, your life as a Paralegal will be easier as you’ll be part of a friendly, collegiate team that encourages questions and learning.

This is an office-based role, providing ample opportunity to learn. Senior Solicitors will be available to help develop your skills and supervise your progress as you start your legal career.

What you’ll need

• At least 3 years’ experience as a residential property paralegal.
• Strong academic background.
• Comfortable with sales and purchases of residential properties.
