Our client, a leading Scottish law firm, is recruiting for an Associate and/or Senior Associate to join their Real Estate Team in Edinburgh.
This role offers the chance to advise on a variety of commercial real estate matters, especially in hotel and leisure transactions, and contribute to major projects. Key responsibilities include:
The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years’ PQE with strong commercial real estate experience.
Another opportunity involves a Senior Associate role in the Commercial Real Estate Team in Edinburgh, advising on retail, leisure, healthcare, and investment sectors, with experience in transactions like purchases, sales, leasing, and funding. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years’ PQE.
We also have roles for an Associate or Senior Associate providing legal advice to public sector clients, requiring at least 4 years’ PQE, with responsibilities including drafting and negotiating contracts related to property transactions.
Additionally, there are vacancies within the Clean Energy Real Estate Team, focusing on advising developers and investors on renewable energy projects, suitable for candidates with 1-5 years’ PQE and experience in renewables.
Finally, a Partner role is available for a highly experienced lawyer (at least 7 years’ PQE) to lead the Real Estate Team, preferably based in Edinburgh or Glasgow, with expertise in real estate law and a client following being advantageous.
There is also a position for a Commercial Property Solicitor across Edinburgh, Dundee, or Glasgow, open to candidates from NQ to Senior Associate, with experience in commercial property transactions and client-facing roles.
