The Opportunity

As a valued member of this highly respected team, you’ll work on a diverse and high-quality caseload for an impressive client base including developers, landlords, tenants, and investors. You’ll provide strategic advice and representation on a wide range of real estate disputes, including:

• Land sale and purchase issues
• Development agreements
• Overage and option agreements
• Rights of light and restrictive covenants
• Nuisance and boundary disputes
• Trespass matters
• Commercial lease renewals
• Rent reviews and service charge disputes
• Lease assignments and subletting
• Breach of covenant issues (e.g., alterations, unlawful use)
• Lease break rights and possession recovery
• Mixed-use property disputes and statutory pre-emption rights
