The Role

This property litigation team is among the best in Scotland. Your caseload will include landlord-tenant issues, complex property disputes, title issues, servitudes, dilapidation claims, and more. Clients range from high-net-worth individuals to large corporations, public bodies, developers, utility providers, SMEs, and commercial landlords.

You will advise clients on property dispute matters, gaining exposure to forums such as the Court of Session, Sheriff Court, The Land Tribunal, and Land Court, as well as engaging in alternative dispute resolution processes.
