Penningtons Manches Cooper is seeking a paralegal to join its Property Litigation team in London. The role involves supporting a busy team with day-to-day management of residential repossession claims, client liaison, and assisting in fee-earning work to contribute to the department's profitability.

The firm operates a hybrid policy allowing up to 50% remote work and flexible arrangements. Strong IT skills and attention to detail are essential, with prior Real Estate Litigation exposure

Qualificações

• Good communication skills both verbal and written.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong IT skills, including Excel and flowcharts.

Responsabilidades

• Project manage a large caseload under supervision from senior members of the team.
• Provide document support and management in real estate litigation, including organising, collating, reviewing and supplying court bundles.
• Liaising with courts, counsel and other third parties.
• Attending client meetings and producing accurate notes of meetings and activity lists.
• Ensure compliance with professional duties and the firm’s internal procedures.
• Active participation in business development initiatives.
• To demonstrate required knowledge and stay updated with law developments.
• To assist in the billing process.
• Participate in firm-wide and team-specific training sessions.
