Penningtons Manches Cooper seeks a paralegal to join the Property Litigation team in London. The role supports a busy team handling residential repossession claims and related real estate matters, with supervision from solicitors. The firm offers hybrid working up to 50% remote and flexible options.

You will manage a large caseload, liaise with courts and external parties, assist in billing, and participate in training while maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism.

Qualificações

• No specific legal qualification required.
• Experience or interest in real estate litigation preferred.
• Good communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage projects.
• Strong IT skills including Excel and flowcharts.

Responsabilidades

• Project manage a large caseload under supervision from senior members of the team.
• Provide document support and management in real estate litigation, including organising, collating, reviewing and supplying court bundles.
• Liaising with courts, counsel and other third parties.
• Attending client and other meetings and producing accurate notes of such meetings and activity lists.
• Ensure compliance with professional duties and the firm’s internal procedures.
• Active participation in business development initiatives.
• Demonstrate knowledge and keep up to date with developments in the law.
• Assist in the billing process.
• Participate in firm-wide and team-specific training sessions.
