Qualifications

• No specific legal qualification required but candidate must demonstrate some relevant experience or interest in the area of law
• Experience in Real Estate Litigation would be preferable
• Good communication skills both verbal and written and ability to develop relationships with clients

Responsibilities

• Project manage a large caseload under supervision from senior members of the team
• Provide document support and management in real estate litigation including organising, collating, reviewing and supplying court bundles
• Liaising with courts, counsel and other third parties
• Attending client and other meetings and producing accurate notes of meetings and activity lists
• Ensure compliance with professional duties and internal procedures
• Active participation in business development initiatives
• Keep up to date with developments in the law
• Assist in the billing process
• Participate in firm-wide and team-specific training sessions
