You will partner with clients to understand current work patterns, design Real Estate workflows, and deliver demonstrations and training to realise measurable outcomes as Legora scales globally.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with Real Estate experience at a leading law firm or in-house team.
• Strong understanding of Real Estate workflows and challenges in modern legal teams.
• Curiosity about technology and AI, with enthusiasm for learning product development.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly with lawyers, product managers and engineers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and judgement to navigate ambiguity.
• Ability to build credibility quickly and develop trusted relationships with senior legal professionals.
• Proactive, self-directed approach balancing multiple engagements with high quality.
• Bias for action, willingness to experiment and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building relationships and expanding Legora usage.
• Own the real estate workstream across the customer journey from pilots to enterprise adoption.
• Design practical solutions to Real Estate workflows embedding Legora into daily practice.
• Deliver product demonstrations, workshops and training for legal professionals.
• Guide clients through the shift to generative AI in Real Estate work and value realization.
• Be the voice of the customer to influence product roadmap and priorities.
• Create scalable playbooks and knowledge resources for global delivery.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Customer Success to translate feedback into product improvements.
