The ideal candidate is an Admitted Attorney or Advocate with 5+ years in Real Estate Law, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage complex matters in a hybrid setting.

About the Role

Our client, a leading real estate investment group, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Real Estate Legal Advisor to join their team. This hybrid role involves providing comprehensive legal counsel on a wide range of real estate transactions and compliance matters, with a mix of office-based strategic meetings and remote document review. You will be instrumental in advising on property acquisitions, development projects, leasing agreements, financing, and regulatory compliance across various jurisdictions, with a particular focus on the Randburg and wider Gauteng property markets. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in property law, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage complex legal issues efficiently. This is a pivotal position offering the chance to contribute significantly to high-value real estate deals and strategic decision-making for our client.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice on all aspects of real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, leases, and joint ventures.
