Job Description

We’re on the hunt for an energetic, motivated, and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us qualify inbound leads from architects, brokers, landlords, and asset managers. If you thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, have a passion for real estate, and love engaging with potential clients, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

  1. Qualify inbound leads from architects, brokers, landlords, and asset managers to identify high-potential opportunities.
  2. Engage with prospects through calls, emails, and messaging to assess their needs and determine the next steps in the sales cycle.
  3. Use your understanding of real estate and PropTech to effectively communicate the value of our solutions and tailor conversations to the prospect’s needs.
  4. Work closely with Account Executives to transition qualified leads smoothly and ensure follow-up on key opportunities.
  5. Maintain and update CRM data, ensuring accurate tracking of interactions, progress, and outcomes.
  6. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and enhance lead qualification processes.
  7. Contribute to the growth of our startup by bringing in new business and expanding relationships with key stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For:

  1. 1+ years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or in a similar role (experience in real estate or PropTech is a plus).
  2. Strong communication skills, both in English (mandatory) and French, with the ability to engage prospects at all levels.
  3. Experience in real estate, property management, or related industries is an advantage.
  4. A proactive, self-starter with the ability to think on your feet and adapt quickly.
  5. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
  6. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales automation platforms.
  7. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset.
