Salary: £45,000 + Avg £500 bonus per sale (based on average deal size)

Rocket SaaS is a fast-growing marketing agency offering outsourced marketing services for small and medium SaaS companies. Our services include SaaS marketing strategy, content creation, ad campaigns, lead magnets, and website conversion optimisation.

With a young and dynamic team of 20 employees spread across London and Europe, we’re passionate about driving growth for SaaS businesses through creative and results-driven marketing campaigns.

The Role

We’re looking for an ambitious and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and be the first point of contact for potential clients.

You will play a crucial role in identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospects, ensuring a strong pipeline of opportunities for our founder to convert into long-term clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Finding target accounts: Research and build lists of potential SaaS clients that fit our ideal customer profile.
  • Cold outreach: Use emails, calls, and LinkedIn to initiate conversations with prospects.
  • Leveraging LinkedIn: Use the founder’s LinkedIn activity and network to engage with prospects and nurture relationships.
  • Running discovery calls: Conduct initial conversations to understand prospects’ needs and qualify them as leads.
  • Setting appointments: Schedule follow-up calls and hand over qualified leads to the founder for the next stage of the sales process.

This is a remote role that offers flexibility and the opportunity to contribute directly to the growth of our agency.

Key Skills/Experience

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

You should have:

  • Previous experience in a sales, business development, or SDR role (ideally within agency or marketing services).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong research and prospecting abilities.
  • Experience using LinkedIn for professional outreach and relationship building.
  • A proven ability to handle objections and qualify leads effectively.
  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
