Job summary

You’ll work with the Real Estate Team Leader and marketing specialists to strengthen client relationships, raise the team’s profile, and own business development across the real estate sector—from client engagement to thought leadership and events.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Business Development Manager or similar role within professional services.
• Experience within the real estate sector, with strong market understanding.
• Strong commercial awareness to identify and develop growth opportunities.
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Confidence working with senior leaders and influencing at all levels.
• Strong written communication and content development skills.
• Ability to use market, client and CRM insight to inform business development activity.
• Excellent organisation and project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
