Real Estate Finance Solicitor - Bristol

Incredible opportunity for a real estate finance solicitor to join a market leading real estate finance team in Bristol on a hybrid basis. This real estate finance team are a heavy weight in Bristol and there is a perfect opportunity to work with highly regarded real estate finance lawyers.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage a caseload of real estate finance matters for both lenders and borrowers.
2. Working for domestic and international banks, debt funds and alternative lenders, you will be working on portfolio transactions, high value single asset deals and development financing.

Qualifications:

1. Qualified solicitor with 4+ years PQE in commercial property/real estate finance. If you have less experience, please still apply.
2. Solid experience in handling a range of real estate finance transactions from a reputable real estate finance or banking team.
