Base pay range

A Legal 500 law firm is looking for an experienced Senior Real Estate Finance Solicitor to join their growing team in London. This role will allow you to work on high-value real estate finance transactions, handling secured lending and complex property deals for international and HNW clients.

What You'll Do:

• Lead real estate finance and secured lending transactions.
• Advise HNW clients on complex property matters.
• Manage client relationships and contribute to business development.
• Hybrid working model, with flexibility to work from home and the office.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ PQE in real estate finance and secured lending.
• Client following is beneficial, but not essential.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude to business development.
