An excellent opportunity has arisen for a talented Real Estate Finance Lawyer to join a dynamic and growing team at a highly regarded boutique law firm in London.

This firm boasts a strong reputation in the real estate finance market and advises a wide range of lender and borrower clients including banks, bridging lenders, and private funds on complex and high-value transactions across the UK.

The Role:

- Advising on a broad range of real estate finance transactions, including acquisition, investment, development, and bridging finance.
- Managing secured lending transactions from initial instruction to post-completion, with minimal supervision.
- Acting for a range of specialist lenders and financial institutions.
- Liaising directly with borrowers, lenders, investors, valuers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensuring efficient and proactive case management, with a strong focus on compliance and risk.
- Supporting business development efforts and building long-term client relationships.
- Representing the firm at industry events and networking opportunities.
- Mentoring and supervising junior team members where appropriate.

Candidate Profile:

- UK-qualified solicitor with 4+ years' post-qualification experience (PQE) in real estate finance.
- Strong technical ability and experience working in a high-quality commercial law firm.
- Proven track record of acting for specialist lenders on secured loan originations.
- Confident in managing a varied caseload independently, while also working collaboratively as part of a team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong client-facing approach.
- Commercially astute, with a proactive mindset and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Enthusiastic about contributing to business development and growing the practice.
- Comfortable in a fast-moving environment with tight deadlines.
