This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced real estate disputes lawyer to join a well-established practice handling high-quality and complex matters.

You will proactively manage a varied caseload including lease issues, title disputes, dilapidations and service charge disputes, with a focus on delivering timely, client-facing solutions and

Responsibilities

• Advising on freehold and leasehold issues
• Lease renewals, terminations and breaches of lease issues
• Non-payment of rent
• Forfeiture
• Dilapidations
• Easements including rights of way
• Trespassing and nuisance claims
• Title disputes
• Service charge disputes
• Land Registry and 1st tier tribunal applications
• Co-ownership disputes
• Ensuring adherence to court and tribunal deadlines, with high-quality case management
• Assessing claims, analysing defences and counterclaims, and advising clients accordingly
• Delivering training sessions and supporting junior staff
• Keeping clients informed through regular reporting and transparent communication
• Contributing to business development and growth of the practice

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced real estate disputes lawyer to join a well established team focusing on high quality and complex matters.

What you’ll be doing:

In this role, you will proactively and independently manage a varies caseload of both residential and commercial property disputes including but not limited to:

• Advising on both freehold and leasehold issues
• Lease renewals, terminations and breaches of lease issues
• Non-payment of rent
• Forfeiture
• Dilapidations
• Easements including rights of way
• Trespassing and nuisance claims
• Title disputes
• Service charge disputes
• Land Registry and 1st tier tribunal applications
• Co-ownership disputes

Other responsibilities:

• Ensuring adherence to court and tribunal deadlines, with consistent attention to high-quality case management.
• Assessing claims, analysing the strengths and weaknesses of defences and counterclaims, and advising clients accordingly.
• Delivering training sessions and supporting the professional development of junior staff.
• Keeping clients informed through regular reporting and maintaining transparent communication throughout case progression.
• Contributing to business development efforts and supporting the growth of the practice.
