Responsibilities

• Advise a mixed client base on real estate disputes.
• Negotiate settlements and advise on terms.
• Draft court proceedings, witness statements and affidavits.
• Assist with preparation of trial bundles.
• Prepare cases for hearing at the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber).
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Participate in marketing initiatives.
• Attend firm-wide and departmental training.
• Ensure files comply with Lexcel procedures.
