Based in Glasgow, you will work across teams in Glasgow and Edinburgh to lead major projects and high‑value cross‑border deals for UK and international clients active in Scotland.

Responsibilities

• Acting in the acquisition and sale of investment properties across Scotland
• Asset management work on lettings, re-gears and variations for property portfolios
• Drafting and negotiating leases of prime offices, industrial and retail properties
• Collaborating with cross-border teams on Scottish real estate elements of deals
• Working with lenders and investors on high-value financings across real estate sectors
