Real Estate Associate – High Performing Family Office – Market Leading Compensation and up to 100% Bonus, Lincoln

We are working exclusively with a prestigious Family Office, looking to hire a Real Estate Associate to support the management and development of their £1bn property portfolio.

This role reports to the Property Director and works closely with the Principal of the family office. You will assist in maintaining and managing a diverse property portfolio across the UK, Western Europe, and South America, including assets such as large estates, agricultural land, and residential units. You will also support ongoing development projects, liaising with construction managers, consultants, and architects, including projects involving listed properties.

We seek an intelligent professional with experience in Real Estate, excellent academic credentials, and relevant qualifications. Effective communication with stakeholders, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are essential.
