Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with 1–3 years PQE in Commercial Property.
• Significant experience in Commercial Property.
• Demonstrable experience in most areas listed in the job description.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong client focus and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise on acquisitions and disposals of commercial property.
• Handle landlord and tenant matters, including leases.
• Support development projects and related documents.
• Conduct property due diligence and title investigations.
• Supervise junior colleagues on property portfolio management.
• Assist senior colleagues with property finance transactions in real estate deals.
